My sourdough is made with 75% freshly milled flour unsifted, and unenriched organic white flour. Salt and Water. Thats it!!

Has about 1-2 week shelf life

( if stored in a cool dark place.)

Stores great in the freezer.

These rolls are so soft and fluffy.

(if you like cinnabons you will love these rolls.)
